How Long Does Guided Support Continue?
Guided email support, weekly progress check-ins, and assessment review are provided while you are actively completing the pharmacy technician training program.
After completing all required course components, you retain access to the course for up to 12 additional months for independent PTCE preparation.
Post-completion review access does not include continued weekly progress check-ins or ongoing assessment review.
Post-completion access ends when you pass the PTCE or when the 12-month review period expires, whichever occurs first.
