Return and Refund Policy

Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy LLC is committed to providing accurate, high-quality educational products and training resources. Because the Academy sells physical merchandise, digital products, online training programs, app access, and personalized services, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.

Returns for Eligible Physical Products

Eligible, non-personalized physical products may be returned within 180 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include any original tags, packaging, accessories, and components. Books and workbooks must be free from writing, highlighting, stains, bent pages, or other signs of use. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact hello@barrettpharmacyacademy.com before sending the item back. Include your name, order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy LLC does charge a restocking fee of 15% for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an eligible physical item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@barrettpharmacyacademy.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and packaging.

If the claim is approved, Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy LLC will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. If the item must be returned, the Academy will provide instructions and pay the approved return shipping cost.

Damage that occurs after delivery, normal wear, minor variations in color or printing, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong product is not considered a product defect.

Nonreturnable and Nonrefundable Purchases

Due to the nature of the products and services provided, the following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except when required by applicable law:

Digital downloads, printable PDFs, electronic study materials, eBooks, templates, and other electronically delivered files
Online courses, pharmacy technician training programs, enrollment fees, tuition payments, and current-student program upgrades after access has been issued
Study apps, digital platforms, memberships, subscriptions, and other online-access products after access has been issued
Tutoring, consultations, resume or professional bio services, career services, mock interviews, and other personalized or time-based services
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced products
Bundles that include immediate digital access once the digital portion has been delivered
Used, opened, altered, washed, worn, or incomplete physical products
Books or workbooks showing writing, highlighting, page damage, stains, or other signs of use
Items marked final sale, clearance items, sale items, and gift cards

Failure to begin, complete, or use a course, program, app, digital product, or service does not create eligibility for a refund. Course completion, examination eligibility, examination passage, certification, registration, licensure, or employment outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.

If a written enrollment agreement or applicable law provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those terms will control.

Digital Product or Access Problems

If a purchased digital file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, or if purchased course or app access was not provided correctly, contact hello@barrettpharmacyacademy.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. The Academy will verify the order and provide replacement access, a corrected file, or reasonable technical assistance when appropriate. A technical problem that can be corrected does not qualify the purchase for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Digital product, app, service, and training-program orders cannot be canceled after access has been issued or work has begun.

Cancellation requests for physical products must be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing, printing, customization, or fulfillment has begun. If an eligible physical order has already shipped, the customer may request a return under the physical-product return terms above.

Exchanges

General exchanges are not offered. For an eligible physical item, the fastest way to obtain a different product is to complete an approved return and place a separate order. Approved replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under the product-issue terms above.

European Union and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights

If an order is shipped to the European Union, the customer may have a 14-day right to cancel or return eligible merchandise, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Exceptions may apply to customized products, certain digital content, and services that have begun with the customer's consent. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
