Refund policy
Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy provides digital training access and educational products. Because of the nature of online learning and customized items, the following policies apply.
Digital Training Programs
All pharmacy technician training programs are delivered as digital educational content.
Once course access has been granted, all sales are final.
Due to the immediate access to proprietary training materials, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided after a student has logged in, accessed course content, downloaded materials, or viewed any portion of the training.
If a purchase is made in error and course access has not been used, students must contact support within 24 hours of purchase for review. Access logs may be used to verify eligibility.
Course Transfers
Enrollment is intended for the original purchaser only. Course access may not be transferred to another person.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing course materials, please contact support. We will work to resolve access problems, but technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds once course materials have been accessed.
Physical Products and Custom Items
Store items such as graduation honor cords, personalized water bottles, custom pin back buttons, and other merchandise are considered specialty or custom items.
Returns are not accepted for personalized, custom, or made-to-order items unless there is a defect or shipping error.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Resume and Career Support Services
Resume assistance, interview support, and career guidance services are service-based offerings.
Once work has begun or materials have been delivered, these services are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Attempting to initiate a chargeback after accessing course materials may result in account suspension and revocation of course access.
