Shipping Policy
Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy offers physical items such as graduation honor cords, personalized water bottles, custom pin back buttons, and other specialty merchandise. Because many items are custom or made to order, shipping timelines and policies are outlined below.
Processing Times
Orders are processed after payment is received.
Standard processing time is typically 3 to 7 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
During peak periods, production times may be longer.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.
Estimated shipping times begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Combined Shipping
If multiple purchases are made within 24 hours, we may be able to combine shipping. Orders placed more than 24 hours apart may not qualify.
When shipping is combined, any shipping cost difference may be refunded after orders are processed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, customs processing, or other events outside our control once the package leaves our facility.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Digital Products
Training programs and digital course materials are delivered online and do not require shipping.
International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
