Her experience includes medication preparation, compounding, vaccine-related pharmacy services, and workflow support within fast-paced healthcare settings.

Throughout her career, Laurel has supported pharmacy operations at a national level. She has traveled across the country to train pharmacy team members during pharmacy transitions and operational expansions. Her work has included onboarding staff, supporting workflow integration, and helping teams adapt to new systems and procedures.
She has also worked in specialized pharmacy services, including travel vaccine programs, MTM-related initiatives, and patient education support roles.
