Our commitment
Barrett Pharmacy Technician Certification Academy LLC is committed to improving access to our course information, enrollment options, study resources and online learning services for people with disabilities.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as an improvement target. We have not established that all of our websites, applications or learning materials conform to that standard.
What this statement covers
This statement describes Academy-managed content on barrettpharmacyacademy.com, the Barrett Pharmacy Technician Success Hub and the Pharmacy Learning Portal. Checkout, authentication, hosting and other connected services also involve service providers. Our ability to change those components varies, and we welcome reports about barriers anywhere in an Academy learning or purchase journey.
What we have reviewed
Our initial review included selected public website pages, keyboard operation of search and a homepage FAQ, selected form labels, the public Success Hub sign-in screen and the structure of one downloadable workbook sample.
We have not completed a comprehensive screen-reader review, mobile reflow and zoom testing, checkout testing, or testing of protected classroom lessons, videos, quizzes, graded activities and certificates.
Known limitations
The reviewed Handoffs & Clear Communication workbook sample contains selectable text and bookmarks but lacks document structure and language information needed to support accessible navigation. Other downloadable materials still need a complete review.
The Success Hub sign-in button also needs a contrast improvement. Please contact us if these or other barriers prevent you from accessing information or participating in your studies.
